Kevin M. Anderson focuses on transportation, small business, and litigation matters for the firm’s clients.
An Oregon native, Mr. Anderson earned his BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas, in 2002. After graduating, he spent three years in Texas working for consulting firms developing affordable special needs housing and helping the disabled obtain benefits.
Mr. Anderson earned his JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Denver, Colorado, in 2008. While at the University of Denver, he was a Technical Editor for the Transportation Law Journal and a law clerk for a past President of the Transportation Lawyers Association. Mr. Anderson also interned with the Colorado Public Defender’s Office where he was certified to appear in court and was entrusted with handling all misdemeanor criminal cases brought in Gilpin County, Colorado.
Mr. Anderson is on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Trucking Associations’ Safety Management Council. He is also a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association, Conference of Freight Counsel, DRI Trucking Law Committee, the Transportation Association of Portland, Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, and the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
